“What a wonderful stay we had at Lakeside Landing. The home is beautifully decorated and spacious, clean, and inviting. Both indoors and outdoors were perfect for us and the kids, with the entire surrounding area a great place to drive and explore. The kids enjoyed the games, playing on the beach, and making s'mores over the fire pit. And the views of Seneca Lake from the house were spectacular — especially in the colder months when the trees have no leaves. Would absolutely recommend for a family getaway.”

“This was our third 6 night stay at Smooth Sailing. It is now our go to place to relax and unwind. The cottage is right on the water and is so serene. The surrounding area has so much to see and do that you couldn't ask for anything more. The cottage is very clean and Sarah has thought of everything to make your stay feel like home! We have never had any questions or concerns during our stay but felt confident Sarah would respond quickly if we did. She is a definite super host!!! Our favorite places to eat are Elf in the Oak for breakfast sandwiches and Hector's Hideaway for dinner! We are already looking forward to coming back next year!!!”

“An absolute gem! Private, lots of amenities, and a spacious place. No shortage of areas to sit outside to enjoy the lakefront property and views. We took advantage of the available kayaks, paddle boards, and tubes at the dock, and the family enjoyed the office/library and games. Just a short drive to Watkins Glen where we hiked on the trails and enjoyed more scenery and waterfalls. Sarah was very responsive to our messages and questions. Will definitely book again!”
