A REUNION DEPOSIT

Applied toward a weekend at Lakeside Landing or The Compound. A meaningful gift toward a family reunion or milestone celebration.

Write to us.
Email stay@lakesidelandingflx.com with the gift amount, recipient name, and whether you'd like a digital certificate emailed or a physical card mailed.

We send an invoice.
Payable by card (Stripe), bank transfer, or check — whichever is easiest.

You choose delivery.
Digital certificate by email on your chosen date, or a printed card mailed in a hand-addressed envelope (add two weeks for mail).

They redeem.
Your recipient emails us to book. The card applies as credit toward any stay at either property, any season, subject to availability. No expiration.

Gift cards are valid indefinitely from the date of purchase.
Fully redeemable.
Applicable to any stay at Lakeside Landing FLX or Smooth Sailing FLX, including packages. Not applicable to taxes, cleaning fees, or add-ons (chef, boat, winery credits).
Not combinable with Insider repeat-guest rate.
Gift cards apply to base pricing; repeat-guest discounts cannot stack.
Transferable.
The recipient can gift it forward if plans change.
Non-refundable.
Once purchased, the amount stays on the card — it doesn't come back to the purchaser.
Direct-booking only.
Gift cards redeem against direct bookings; they don't apply on Airbnb or VRBO.
Gift cards are one of the quietest parts of our business — but they're one of our favorites. We've sent stays to people celebrating anniversaries, retirements, and the kind of milestones that don't really have a card for them. If you want to add a handwritten note from us inside the envelope, or schedule the delivery for a specific morning, let us know. We'll make it happen.
